As the founder of Re:Peet Market Performance, a fractional CMO practice, Renée partners with organizations in the Sustainability, Clean Technology, and Built Environment sectors to drive growth and align marketing efforts with overarching business objectives.
Prior to launching her own practice, Renée held leadership roles at Xylem, where she served as Global Vice President of Marketing and Product Management for the $950M smart metering business, Sensus.
Earlier in her career, Renée held senior roles at renowned brand strategy firms, including Siegel+Gale and Sullivan, where she advised high-profile clients such as American Express, Fidelity, SAP, Coca-Cola, Banana Republic, McNeil Pharmaceuticals, J&J, Aetna, and Bloomberg. Her expertise spans diverse industries—from utilities and technology to financial services and healthcare—and she has successfully guided organizations through rebranding, go-to-market strategies, and customer-focused innovation.

Renée holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the Rotterdam School of Management and a BA in Creative Writing and Political Science from the University of Arizona.
